Virtual training is effective, but we’d be lying if we didn’t admit that there’s something special about in-person sessions. There’s an energy that can’t be replaced, and Trainers at 360 challenge you to perform your best, push you when you feel like you’ve had enough, and salute you when you’re making progress towards your goals. 

Our trainers understand that being healthy goes beyond physical fitness. We hold you accountable in all aspects of health, including nutrition, rest, and understanding your mental capacity. 

We schedule personal training sessions inside the 360 gym in Midtown Toronto. Group sessions are also available and classes are also available.
