Brenda De Silva is a Registered Massage Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, dedicated to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.

With a results-driven, evidence-informed approach, Brenda blends therapeutic massage, fascial work, and movement-based assessment to address pain, restore function, and support long-term performance and well-being.

Brenda graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Hydrotherapy and Massage and brings advanced training in fascial stretching, muscle testing, and dynamic tissue techniques.

Her clinical focus includes reducing chronic tension, improving mobility, supporting injury recovery, and optimizing athletic performance. She is passionate about empowering clients through education, helping them better understand their bodies and take an active role in their health.

Whether working with athletes, active individuals, or those managing everyday aches and stress, Brenda tailors each session to the client’s unique needs and goals.

Sean DuqUette

Chiropractic sport specialist 

Sean Duquette is a Chiropractic Sport Specialist from Toronto, ON. He completed his undergraduate studies in kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. He finished his chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he then completed his fellowship in sports medicine.

He has worked with a variety of different elite sports teams over the years; most recently traveling with Team Canada to the 2022 Commonwealth Games. Currently, he works directly with the Canadian National Cycling team with their road and track programs. Previously, he has worked with professional golfers, combat sport athletes and runners.

His treatments can include acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, spinal adjustments, exercise and rehabilitation. He has also additional training in concussion rehabilitation and movement screening. The goal of treatment is to allow all clients to participate and thrive in their leisure and competitive activities.
