No — the challenge is open to both members and newcomers.

 

WHAT COUNTS AS A WORKOUT?

Any group class or training session at Ferris 360.

 

HOW DO I ENTER?

  • Commit to 3 workouts per week for 4 weeks

  • Stay consistent and track your progress by tagging @Ferris360 and use #BackToYou after each workout

  • Each time you share, you’ll receive a ballot toward winning a 30-day Unlimited Class Membership
